ଓକାକ ରେଜିଷ୍ଟାର ଓ ତାଲିକାଭୁକ୍ତ ଏଜେନ୍ସି

Aadhaar number is an unique 12-digit random number issued by the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), Government of India. In Odisha, Registrar General of India (RGI) was conducting the Aadhaar enrolment of individual above age of 5 years the state through Census. However, from June 2016,Odisha has been declared as a Multi Registrar UID State by DeitY, Govt. of Odisha.

OCAC has been appointed as State Registrar and Enrolment Agency of UIDAI for doing Aadhaar Enrolment at field level. Currently, OCAC is being providing enrolment through agencies.
