Sanjog Helpline Call Centre has been set up at OCAC with an Integrated Grievance Redressal System for capturing and tracking of grievances relating to different schemes of Government of Odisha. The Call Centre service is available at the Toll Free Number 18003456770/155335 for citizens to register and track their grievances as well as to get information and assistance on different Government schemes.

Call Centre Executives deployed in the Sanjog Helpline Call Centre are attending to the calls from citizens. Reply to their queries are also intimated to them through telephonic calls and SMS.
