The applicant desirous of setting up the Information Kiosk must satisfy the following eligibility criteria:

• He/She must be above 18 years of age.
• He/She must be a person belonging to the State of Odisha.
• He/She should have acquired minimum qualification of HSC or Equivalent certificate.
• He/She should be able to arrange self and/or bank finance for setting up the Kiosk.
• Preference will be given to women and skilled handicapped persons.
• Any Women Self Help Group (SHG) is also eligible for IT-KIOSK if any of the members of the group should have acquired minimum qualification of HSC or Equivalent certificate.
